needs.

as part of the quoting and application process, we may need to learn about
the operating details of your restaurant, asset valuations (such as
building, contents), financial information about your business, employee
information, and past loss experience We may also collect this kind
information in the process of securing coverage on your behalf, making
coverage changes, or addressing claims. From time to time, we may also
collect information about you and your business from third parties such as
reporting agencies who may provide claim reports or credit information as
allowed by law.
Importantly, we do not sell
identifiable information to third parties.
What Information Do We Disclose?

about our prospective customers, customers, or former customers will only be
disclosed in order to conduct our own business activities and then only as

employees or consultants whom we have determined need to know that

A Special
Note about Online Requests for Quotes:
When you
complete an online request for a quote, information is collected to help us
offer you proper coverage. If you have recently completed an online request
for a quote, your name will remain in our quotation system database. If you
have shown interest in obtaining a quote in the past you may receive a
courtesy reminder when your current policy approaches the renewal date. As
part of providing you with an actual quotation, RPA may request credit
information in accordance with applicable state law and confirm your claims
history.
How We
Communicate with You
If you have
provided us with your e-mail address, RPA may use your e-mail address from
time to time to let you know about new services, and to confirm completion
of transactions, unless you request that we not communicate with you by
e-mail.
Third Party
Websites
The RPA website
may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned by RPA. RPA has
no control over their privacy practices and assumes no responsibility in
connection with your use of their websites. We recommend that you check the
privacy policy of any website before you provide any identifiable

Acquisitions

that RPA or any of its assets are acquired by a third party, Business
Information or other information collected by us may be one of the assets
transferred.
